(6) 18″ x 26″ full size sheet or (12) hotel size pan capacity, MIND.Maps™ technology, programmable menu, 2-11/16″ shelf spacing, glass door, left-to-right door opening, stainless steel interior & exterior, WIFI/USB for data transfer to HACCP software, cMETus, NSF, ENERGY STAR® (cooking chamber built from 316L stainless steel), The water line to connect from oven to ¾” mpt water connection with in three feet of water placement is included. Ovens come standard with rack slides for sheet pans.
